We are now looking for nurses who want to strengthen our operations during the summer.

As a nurse with us, you play a significant role in the daily lives of patients and are also an important ambassador for Partille Municipality. We offer you a valuable, varied, and developing job. Of course, you will receive an introduction and individual shadowing. The shifts are primarily scheduled during the day, but evening and weekend work may occur.

The role of a nurse with us involves a person-centered, health-promoting, and preventive approach. You work closely with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals around the patient. Our patients' needs for health and medical care vary greatly – from preventive measures to advanced medical care – which gives you a varied, developing, and stimulating job.

As a nurse with us, you will meet patients at different stages of life and be responsible for assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. You will be offered creative and varied tasks where the individual is always at the center, and where you start from each person's needs and conditions.

We offer you as a licensed nurse a fixed salary of 350 SEK per hour during weeks 25–32. In addition, you will also receive vacation pay and pension compensation. The arrangement applies provided that you work the majority of the summer period. The position is full-time or according to agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience from municipal primary care is highly meritorious, as is previous experience with the Treserva journal system. You are accustomed to working in database-based journal systems and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

We are looking for you who have a good attitude towards everyone you meet, whether they are patients, relatives, or colleagues. Since you are a guest in other people's homes daily, it is important that you create safety and security for the patient and deliver care of high quality.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and flexible. You take responsibility for the whole and work purposefully with each individual patient. You have good collaboration skills and relate to both patients and colleagues in a responsive and smooth manner.
